Is the Dutch football team ready to play the Euro 2008?

First trainings’ match against Denmark.

The Dutch football team played against Denmark in Eindhoven, and they result was 1-1 not the best Result for Sneijder, van der Vaart, Heitinga and the rest of the Dutch football team. The Dutch team didn’t look like at team that is going to play in the Euro 2008 they played a bad game against an opponent who isn’t going to play in the Euro 2008.

Now the Dutch football team had every chance to show what a good football team they have. This was the match they should win, they should score a lot of goals and have the match under full control, and they scored 2 goals 1 from Robben and one from Wesley Sneijder. Rafael van der Vaart controlled the midfield in the time he was on the pitch.

Rafael van der Vaart is a very important player for the Dutch football team.

Van der Vaart played a perfect match for the Dutch football team, he made 2 assist, and he controlled the midfield. For the national football team van der Vaart plays an attacking central midfielder but in HSV he plays the man behind the one striker. Rafael van der Vaart is happy to play the midfielder on the national football team.

We can do it, says van der Vaart.

Rafael van der Vaart thinks the Dutch football team can win the European Championship, because they have a good team with a lot of talent and some old players. I most say that I agree with van der Vaart, I have made a bet with a friend about what football team that gets the fastest, the Dutch team or the German football team.

What can the Dutch football stars?

A lot of Dutch football stars, have the specialty that they are strong and big, a lot of them are good with both legs, and they are shooting very hard. The Dutch football league are not super, bot they have a talent to develop a lot of football stars.

Some of the old stars are having a lot of success as coaches, in some of the biggest clubs in the Europe. Netherland have always had a lot of stars, earlier and now. Some of the football players I saw when I vas a young boy is still playing Edgar David’s and Ruud van Nistelroy. The biggest star the Netherlands have ever seen must be Johan Cruyff.

Rafael van der Vaart’s international football career.

The beginning of Rafael van der Vaart’s international football career.

Rafael van der Vaart made his international football debut against Andorra on October sixth 2001 at the age of 18. Van der Vaart played a prominently part in a number of qualifying matches. Van der Vaart was a member of the Dutch team in the Euro 2004 football tournament and also the 2006 World Cup. Van der Vaart was out of luck when it came to the final tournament, he did not play much in the tournament.

The Dutch did not play well during the opening game of Euro 2004, and that fact persuaded the coach to change formation into one which did not include van der Vaart to play. Van der Vaart was reduced to play a bit-part role at Euro 2004 in spite of his big talent.
The next season in the Bundesliga van der Vaart produced some superlative performances, and it seemed that Rafael van der Vaart was finally going to shine on the big stage at the 2006 World Cup.

Rafael van der Vaart and Hamburg SV.

Rafael van der Vaart’s move to Hamburg SV.

Rafael van der Vaart moved to Hamburg SV on July 1st 2005. He was positioned as playmaker, and during the first season in Germany he began developing the form he used to herald in Ajax. Van der Vaart finished the first season as Hamburg’s topscorer, and he was praised for his performance.
He really showed most of the football world that they were wrong in saying that it was a step back for him to leave for Hamburg SV.

In the second season, van der Vaart was appointed as team captain. He was once again injured and the team was not doing well in his absence, they only won one game before the winter break.
After the winter break van der Vaart was back, and he had an immediate impact on the team, especially in the UEFA Champions League, where he scored goals in three games. In the League in Germany van der Vaart led the team to victories and out of relegation zone and Hamburg finished seventh in the League.

The beginning of Rafael van der Vaart’s career.

Rafael van der Vaart was very young, ten years old, when he was enrolled in ayouth trial for Ajax Amsterdam. He has a lot of talent and it was quickly noticed,and he joined the club on a trial basis. He was soon allowed to continue to stay at the club.Van der Vaart made his debut for Ajax in the 1999-2000 season at the age of 17.They played against FC Den Bosch, and the match ended 1-1.

Rafael van der Vaart stayed in Ajax for 6 seasons. In season 2000-01 van der Vaart’seye for attack was noticed, and he was put into the central attacking midfielder position.That year he was elected as Ajax Talent of the Year and European Talent of the Year.In season 2001-02 van der Vaart suffered a serious knee injury and he needed an operation.The operation went well, and he returned to football, but the knee was not fine, and hesuffered a more serious injury, and he was yet again operated on.The next season he suffered another series of injuries, despite of that fact he scored18 goals in 21 games.

Rafael van der Vaart a Dutch football player

Rafael Ferdinand van der Vaart’s personel life.

Rafael van der Vaart is born 11th February 1983. His mother is Spanish and his father is Dutch. He was born in Heemskerk, in North Holland.
On June 10th 2005 van der Vaart married Sylvie Meis. Their first child was born May 28th 2006, and his name is Damián Rafael.

Rafael van der Vaart’s career

Rafael van der Vaart began his football career in Ajax. His talent was quickly noticed
and he joined Ajax in a trial basis. At the age of 17 van der Vaart debuted for Ajax in the 1999-2000 season. Van der Vaart played for Ajax in 6 seasons. During these seasons he was the winner of several awards, in 1999, 2000 and 2001 he won talent of the year at Ajax Amsterdam. In 2001 he also was the Amsterdam Sportsman of the Year. In 2002 he was Amsterdam Tournament Most Valuable Player and Talent of the Year of Europe.
Hereafter in 2005 van der Vaart moved to Hamburg SV, and he is still playing in HSV.
